Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know I am getting my pet's ashes?

We are deeply committed to providing every pet with a dignified and trustworthy farewell. From the moment your pet enters our care, they receive a unique numbered tag that stays with them through every step from intake to return. Each pet is cremated individually in a sealed chamber, never with another pet. Afterwards, the remains are verified and processed one at a time to ensure you receive only your pet’s ashes.

What should I do if my pet passes away at home?

We can help. If your pet passes outside business hours, wrap them in a towel or blanket and place them in a cool area. If you need immediate assistance, we recommend contacting a 24-hour emergency vet such as Valley Central in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. If your pet may have been bitten by another animal, please take them to a veterinarian for rabies testing before cremation can proceed.

Do you provide euthanasia services?

No, we do not perform euthanasia, but we can refer you to trusted in-home veterinarians.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

What types of animals do you cremate?

We primarily cremate dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and small livestock such as goats, pigs, and sheep. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can accommodate your pet.

Can I open my pet's urn?

Yes. All urns can be opened, and ashes are safely sealed in a bag inside.

Can I view my pet being cremated?

Yes. You may schedule a weekday appointment to witness your pet being gently placed in the cremation chamber. While our space does not allow extended stays, most families return four to six hours later to pick up their pet’s ashes. We will notify you when everything is ready.

How is the cost of cremation determined?

Cost is based on your pet’s weight and whether you choose private or communal cremation. Please call us for pricing details.

How long will it take to receive my pet's ashes?

You will receive your pet's remains within 24-48 hours of the time of cremation.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Saturday and Sunday visits are by appointment only.

What is included in an individual cremation?

Your pet is cremated alone, and their ashes are returned in a personalized urn with complimentary laser engraving. We also provide pickup and delivery services for veterinary partners upon request.

Are you open on holidays?

Yes. Our on-call supervisor is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Please call to arrange a time to meet.
